Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 c. milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
- ⅓ c. your favorite Margarita's Amigos Salsa
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- Combine meat, egg, onion, milk and seasoning in bowl. Mix well.
- Place mixture into a loaf pan and spread evenly.
- To make glaze, whisk together brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and salsa in a small bowl.
- Pour glaze over meatloaf.
- Bake uncovered for about one hour, or until internal temperature exceeds 160°F. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
